Author, David Lindsey, is a native Texan now living in Austin, Texas. Lindsey is an award winning suspense novelist whose works include A Cold Mind, The Rules of Silence, The Face of the Assassin, Mercy, Body of Truth, An Absence of Light and The Color of Night among others.

The Living Room Theatre of Salado
(Texas) is a non-profit organization that produces shows adapted
for performances in local living rooms. The shows emphasize
authors, actors, and audiences rather than production values
(i.e.: scenery, lighting, costumes, props, etc.). |

Judy & A.C. Greene Literary Festival June 9-11, 2005
The Judy & A. C. Greene Literary Festival 2005 will be held on June 9, 10, 11 at 7 pm each night in the Salado Civic Center.
On Thursday, June 9, THE GIRL AT CABE RANCH, adapted from a short story by A. C. Greene, will open the Festival with a reception following the performance in the home of Martha Francis and Chuck McCarter.
The Friday, June 10 event will feature the work of David Lindsey featuring the author discussing his work, THE FACE OF THE ASSASSIN, with scenes performed from Lindsey's novel, THE COLOR OF NIGHT. Following the performance, a reception will be held at the home of Margaret & Mike Williamson.
Works by authors participating in the annual Texas Writers League Dialogue Workshop will be presented
on Saturday, June 11, the last night of the Festival. The 7th Annual Festival Party will be held following the performance at Stonecreek Settlement.
